Welcome to the Avoca Methodist Church

We’re a growing, friendly congregation, and if you’re located in the area or plan on visiting, we’d be delighted if you would drop by and worship with us on Sunday mornings at 11:00 AM, Men’s Prayer Group at 9:45 AM.

It won’t be long after your initial visit that we’ll know your name and are inviting you and yours to join us in our many church and community-oriented activities. We believe that God calls us to connect with each other as a loving family, and we’d be honored if you would consider us for your church home.

A Message From Pastor Barre

Welcome to the Avoca Methodist Church!

Thank you for taking the time to get to know this church better. We cherish the opportunity to worship and serve together.

Avoca Methodist Church is a Christ-centered community of faith that seeks to live out our faith in our daily lives, our community, and throughout God’s world in the broader church. We learn more about our faith in various studies. We worship God who holds all of us in his hands. We act out our faith in missions both locally and globally. We also offer community service organizations a meeting place.

All of us at Avoca Methodist Church look forward to getting to know you better, as a beloved child of God. We want to offer programs to meet your needs. We want, most of all, to welcome you into a community where believers can profess our faith and deepen our commitment to our Savior, Jesus Christ.
